How do I join the loyalty program?

Creating an account is all it takes! Once you're signed up, you'll start earning miles right away.

How can I earn miles?

You can earn miles by signing up, making purchases, referring friends, celebrating your birthday, and more. Check here for all the ways to earn miles.

How do I redeem my miles?

Log in to your account and your rewards will be right there ready to use, or simply apply your miles at checkout.

Is there a minimum number of miles I need before I can redeem them?

Yes! You'll need at least 250 miles to start redeeming rewards. You can check your balance any time on the loyalty page.

Can I earn miles on sale or discounted items?

Yes! Miles are typically based on what you pay after discounts, so discounted purchases still earn.

Can I earn miles on purchases I made before joining?

Unfortunately, miles can't be added to orders placed before you joined the program.

Where can I see my miles balance?

Log in to your account and your miles balance will be right at the top of the page.

Do my miles expire?

Miles expire after 12 months of account inactivity, and any earning or redemption activity resets the clock.

Do my rewards expire?

Nope! Once a reward is activated in your account, it's yours to keep.

Can I use my miles alongside a discount code?

Yes! In most cases you can combine miles with other promotions, and any exceptions will be noted at checkout.

What happens to my miles if I return a purchase?

Miles earned on a returned order will be deducted from your account once the return has been processed.

When do I get my birthday reward?

Your birthday reward is added to your account on your birthday, though if you enter your birthday within 1 day of the date, the reward will be issued on your next birthday instead.

I forgot to use my miles at checkout. Can I apply them retroactively?

Unfortunately not! Miles can only be applied before an order is completed.
