Log in to your account, head to the Referrals section, and your unique link will be ready to copy and share.

Enter your email address and share your unique referral link with friends and family. They can use the link to make their first purchase, and their discount will automatically be applied at checkout.

Your reward is issued once your friend's first order is complete. Please note it may be voided if their order is later returned or cancelled.

Try copying the link directly from your referrals page, and if the issue continues, contact our support team and we'll help sort it out.

A few things can make a referral ineligible:

• the friend had already placed an order with us before,
• the order didn't meet the program rules (like a minimum spend or excluded products),
• or it was flagged by our automatic fraud checks.

Referral discount codes and rewards can have an expiration date depending on the program, so it's best to use them before they lapse.
